Product description

1. WQ(D)-S series stainless steel precision casting sewage submersible pump adopts a unique impeller structure, which greatly improves the ability of sewage to pass through.
2. It adopts fluororubber double-end machine seal and fluororubber radial O-ring seal, which can effectively protect the seal.
3. The precision casting pump casing is adopted, which is light in weight, corrosion-resistant, energy-saving, beautiful in appearance, convenient for maintenance, and does not need to build a pump room. It can work after diving into the water, reducing the construction cost.
4. An overheat and current protector is installed inside the electric pump to prevent the motor from overloading and heating.
5. According to the special requirements of customers, the anti-corrosion cables, PTFE mechanical seals, and parts configuration of high-temperature liquids can be customized

Product Usage

Applicable to buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory sewage, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, sea water and salt water, solid particles contained in general corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.

Conditions of Use

1. The conveying liquid cannot cause obvious corrosion to the 304 or 316 material (please consult for special liquid);
2. Temperature of conveying medium: 0-60°C;
3. Based on the center of the impeller, the diving depth cannot exceed 5 meters;
4. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13);
5. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7X10^‐7~23X10^-6‐㎡/s.
